Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 10, 2026
This privacy policy applies to Road to Commit Softball and any other apps published by RTC Foundry on the Apple App Store. We've kept it short because there isn't much to say: we don't collect anything from you.
Information we collect
None. Road to Commit Softball is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account. The player name you enter when starting a career is stored locally on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Analytics and tracking
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Crash reports
If you install the app through Apple's TestFlight beta program, Apple may automatically send anonymous crash reports to us through Apple's standard TestFlight diagnostics. These reports are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by us. We use the reports only to fix bugs and do not link them to any personal information.
Children's privacy
Road to Commit Softball is appropriate for all ages and is rated accordingly on the App Store. Because we collect no information from any user, we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by default — there is no data to collect from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we ever start collecting information (for example, in a future version that adds online play or accounts), we will update this policy and the "Effective date" above before that version is released. Material changes will also be highlighted in the app's release notes.
